Working together at the hot end
Every day, our employees at the hot end ensure that glowing glass drops are turned into glass containers in flint, green, brown and other colours. And all while creating the perfect form.

Working precisely at the cold end
Every day, our employees at the cold end ensure that each glass container meets the highest standards. By carefully inspecting products and their packaging, they make sure all technological, quality, hygiene and ecological requirements are fulfilled.

Safety is non-negotiable
"I'm more important than production" – our motto makes it clear that our employees’ health and safety are our overriding priorities. That's why everyone working at Vetropack receives occupational safety training each year. "Safety Minutes" are also a regular feature in our production departments: these are short safety training units lasting less than ten minutes, at the start of a shift or the end of a meeting.

Shape your growth
Whether at the hot or cold end, committed employees have the opportunity to develop their skills and advance their career to team leader or shift manager. You may join Vetropack as a Hot End Operator. By developing your skills and acquiring knowledge, you will gain more independence to act as Senior Hot End Operator. Employees who show interest and are striving to develop people skills will be encouraged to take on the roles of Hot End Team Leaders, and finally Hot End Shift Leaders. Similar career opportunities are offered in the Cold End and Mould Shop sections. Vetropack offers educational programs for newcomers to the company as well as expert mentoring – colleagues on the job for new colleagues.
