Building a career sometimes means stepping into a field you never expected. That was exactly what happened to Vitalina Trostianchuk whose professional journey at Vetropack began immediately after graduating from university. Trained as a cartographer and holding an additional degree in marketing, she discovered an entirely new professional field at Vetropack – customs operations.
Today, Vitalina works as a Customs Clearance Agent in the Customs Department and has been responsible for export operations for the past year and a half. “I was looking for a company where I could build a stable career, continue to develop, and be part of a large team. With joining the company Vitalina got the opportunity to gain experience in a completely new profession. Vetropack provided an intensive daily customs training program, which lasted four weeks, allowing her to gain essential knowledge and apply it directly in practice. However, according to Vitalina, the most valuable support came from the people around her.

Today, in everyday work Vitalina focuses primarily on export customs clearance, but as her experience grows, so does her responsibility. The increasing volume of work and the emergence of new tasks require attention to detail, accuracy, and professional expertise.
