Employee Spotlight: Lilian Anghel

My name is Lilian Anghel and I started working at the glass factory in 1997, the year the glass factory was established. I started working as an assistant operator on the IS machine in the hot end, then I progressed to the position of IS machine operator, supervisor and shift manager. In 2021, I was promoted to the position of Hot End Manager, which was a great challenge for me.

During all these years I have grown up with the company. For comparison, in 1997 we had one furnace and two production lines, and now in 2023 Vetropack Chișinău has two furnaces and six production lines.

Becoming Vetropack Chișinău S.A. in spring 2022, opens new opportunities for development, implementation of new technologies, exchange of experience with colleagues from Vetropack Group and optimisation and planning of the production process to reduce losses and increase profits.

Working for this company now for 26 years, I am convinced that company’s greatest asset is its people. The team that shares your ideas, your goals, that supports you and knows that it will be supported to achieve those goals. I am glad that Vetropack shares the same ideas.
