Diego Cappelletti

He joined the company in a dynamic environment already full of deadlines. However, from the very beginning he experienced a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. This strong team spirit allowed him to grow, gain confidence and become more proactive in his role. 

At Vetropack Italia, Diego is responsible for the payroll process. He collects, verifies and updates personnel data, coordinates with external suppliers and ensures the correct application of tax, social security and contractual regulations. He also supports the onboarding of new colleagues and responds daily to employees’ questions.

Looking to the future, Diego aims to contribute in an even more strategic way, continuing to develop new skills and possibly taking on new responsibilities in order to provide even greater support to his colleagues. 

In his free time, Diego enjoys walking in nature with his dog, reading and listening to music. All of this provides him with a constant source of balance and inspiration.
