When Victor Cherdivar talks about his work, he doesn’t start by discussing numbers. He starts with Monday. He starts with Monday. “Monday has a special energy,” he says. For him, it’s the moment when everything begins again, when priorities are set and goals are defined, shaping the week ahead. With a clear plan, he prepares for the days ahead.
Since joining Vetropack Chişinău in 2022, Victor has ensured that the company’s financial figures are accurate and well organised, enabling the business to run smoothly and plan safely for the future. From his very first months, he has felt supported by his team. For him, collaboration is part of everyday work. “I turn to my colleagues whenever I need advice,” he explains. He believes that trust grows when people keep their promises and support each other across departments.
He feels especially proud at the end of a successful financial year – the result of months of careful work and coordination. However, satisfaction also comes from smaller moments, such as when an error is detected in time, an improvement saves costs or an adjustment makes processes clearer and more reliable. In glass manufacturing, where energy, raw materials and transport costs are significant factors, accurate financial data enables the entire company to make better decisions. Every number has a real impact on how the company performs.
