Ivan Miklaužić has been involved in numerous projects during his career at Vetropack Straža. However, his greatest challenge arose when he led the construction of gas stations to supply the factory with synthetic and compressed natural gas.

“This project ensured an uninterrupted production process during a break in the regular natural gas supply, and it demonstrated the strength of our team. I’m proud to have had the opportunity to lead it, with the full support of my superiors and colleagues,” he said.

Ivan began his professional journey at Vetropack in 2017 as a General Maintenance Engineer Trainee after graduating in Mechanical Engineering. In just a few years, he advanced to the position of Head of Energy, where he now plays a key role in ensuring the factory’s energy supply.

He has also completed the European Energy Manager training programme. His story is a great example of how investing in knowledge and taking on responsibility can lead to a successful career. When combined with dedication, this can have a significant impact on a company's overall success.
