Employee Spotlight: Christian Morgani
Christian Morgani has worked as a mould shop operator at Vetropack Italia since 2023. His role involves great precision: when a mould series arrives, he thoroughly inspects it, repairing any defects and preparing it for a new production cycle.
The biggest challenge for Christian so far was moving the entire operation from the Trezzano sul Naviglio plant to the new site in Boffalora sopra Ticino.
“It was very demanding. Moving the entire operation while trying to maintain the same balance was a real challenge,” he recalls. ”But the team spirit and great collaboration within the group helped us achieve excellent results."
Seeing the end product – a finished jar or bottle – motivates him the most. He derives great satisfaction from knowing that his work has directly contributed to its quality. As he explains, every step of the production process is important, and his technical expertise ensures that each container meets the high standards that our customers have come to expect.
