Internship and apprenticeship programs offered by companies serve as a bridge that connects these two dimensions. Vetropack Straža is proud to help prepare new generations for the job market, offering them the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.

Apprenticeship: Learning in a real work environment

Our team of mentors, equipped with both professional expertise and teaching skills, is dedicated to passing on their knowledge to our students. The apprenticeship program offers students in several vocational schools the chance to gain hands-on experience in their chosen profession. Depending on their school year, apprentices spend between 560 and 640 hours per year at Vetropack Straža.

Through this program, students not only learn directly from experienced professionals but also receive a financial allowance as a token of appreciation for their engagement.

Our goal is to ensure that students complete their education fully competent and ready to face the challenges of the modern workplace. At the same time, we aim to provide a positive and motivating experience that shapes their view of the profession and future career choices.

How to apply for an apprenticeship at Vetropack Straža

For students interested in our apprenticeship program, the application process includes signing an apprenticeship agreement. Here’s how the process works, step by step:

Initial Contact: Students can apply for an apprenticeship by sending an email to the address provided below. The application should include basic information such as personal details, education field, and desired apprenticeship start.
Forwarding Information: Once the application is received, our HR team reviews it and forwards it to the appropriate department.
Approval: If the department can accommodate the apprentice, the application is approved, and the student receives confirmation.
Agreement Signing: Before starting, the student and the employer sign an Apprenticeship Agreement outlining the terms, responsibilities, and duration of the apprenticeship.
Start of Apprenticeship: After signing, the student begins their apprenticeship in the assigned department under agreed conditions.

When a school or university requires an internship, the process is simple and transparent:

Initial Contact: Students can apply for an internship by sending an email to the address provided at the bottom of the page. The application should include basic information such as personal details, field of study, and the preferred internship period.
Information Review: Once the application is received, our HR team reviews it. Depending on the student’s field of study and the specific requirements of their school or university, the information is forwarded to the relevant department within the company.
Internship Approval: If the department can accommodate the internship during the requested period, the application is approved. The student then receives feedback with details about the internship, including exact dates and any other relevant information.
Confirmation and Start: After approval, the internship is officially confirmed, and the student begins their work in the assigned department according to the agreed-upon terms.

We understand that education can be financially challenging. That’s why Vetropack Straža offers scholarship programs that provide financial support to students from various educational fields. Our goal is to make education more accessible and to help young talents reach their full potential.
