Foundation promotes mental health

Since October 2023, the Vetropack Foundation has been helping employees and their families to cope with the consequences of the war. In addition to financial support, it also offers psychological assistance.

A key element of this initiative is psychological counselling to restore the mental and emotional health of those affected on the ground. This approach not only helps the individual, but also improves the atmosphere and productivity of the entire team.

Liliya Babicheva, an experienced psychologist and psychotherapist, conducts individual counselling sessions for employees and their children, as well as for employees who have joined the military and their families. Her work aims to restore the emotional balance and mental health of those who are under stress or have suffered loss.

The Foundation covers all the costs of Babicheva's support, so the psychotherapy sessions are free for employees. They can also get psychological help at the plant's health centre or online.

«I help people recognise themselves, find their self-worth and understand the processes that hinder their development and quality of life.»
Liliya Babicheva, Psychologist and Psychotherapist

The importance of psychological counselling to an organisation is enormous. Stress and traumatic events can affect the productivity and well-being of a team. Counselling helps employees understand their emotions, reduce anxiety, control panic attacks and stabilise their mental state. Psychological counselling has established itself as an effective tool for supporting the mental health of employees.
