Are you ready to lead the digital transformation of ERP systems across an international organization?

Join Vetropack Group as a Center of Excellence (ERP) Manager and take charge of shaping the future of our enterprise applications, driving innovation, and building an agile, future-oriented digital environment.

As the Center of Excellence (ERP) Manager, you will oversee all ERP-related systems and operations across the Vetropack Group — including SAP S/4, SAP BW/BI, SAP GRC, SAP Portal, SolMan, SuccessFactors, and OpenText. You’ll lead a global team of IT Application Consultants and Senior Specialists, ensuring system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement while aligning ERP strategy with business goals.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of ERP operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a long-term ERP strategy aligned with the company’s digital transformation goals.
  • Oversee data governance and compliance (GDPR, CCPA) in cooperation with the Digital Governance team.
  • Manage ERP lifecycle, including release cycles, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Drive business process digitalization and maximize the business value of ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence and effective vendor management.
  • Lead the ERP community of practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Ensure business continuity, resilience, and scalability through proactive capacity planning and audit readiness.

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in ERP systems and 5+ years in a managerial or similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4, SuccessFactors, OpenText, and related ERP platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (SAP BTP, CPI, SAC, Joule AI) and project management frameworks (PMP, ITIL).
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse, international teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
