Bülach, 8. September 2021 – Vetropack Holding AG wurde informiert, dass die Cornaz AG-Holding 1’983'000 Namenaktien A der Vetropack Holding AG zu einem Preis von CHF 59.00 je Aktie am Markt platziert hat. Als Folge der Platzierung erhöht sich der Free Float von heute 53.1% auf 63.1% des Kapitals.

Wie gestern angekündigt, wurde das Aktienpaket im Rahmen eines Accelerated Bookbuildings primär bei institutionellen Investoren platziert. Der Platzierungspreis betrug CHF 59.00 je Aktie, was einem Abschlag von 7.2% im Vergleich zum Schlusskurs des Vortages bzw. 6.2% im Vergleich zum Durchschnittskurs (10-Tages VWAP) entspricht. Als Folge der Platzierung erhöht sich der Free Float von heute 53.1% auf 63.1% des Kapitals. Von den angebotenen Aktien wurden 800'000 Namenaktien A von Jean-Luc Cornaz als Privatperson zu gleichen Konditionen übernommen.

Sowohl die Cornaz AG-Holding als auch Jean-Luc Cornaz haben sich verpflichtet, während der nächsten 12 Monate keine Aktien der Vetropack Holding AG zu veräussern (Lock-up). Sie bleiben somit weiterhin stabile und langfristig orientierte Aktionäre der Vetropack Holding AG.

Die Zürcher Kantonalbank agierte in dieser Transaktion als Sole Global Coordinator.
