A Vetroconsult team performs local audits in close cooperation with the customer. This analysis of key production figures such as pack, speed, job change, breakdowns, quality and efficiency reveals the weak points to be addressed and the potential for improvement. As a result, a tailor-made program with clearly defined goals and measurable production targets is prepared in close cooperation with the customer.

New technologies

In order to maintain its top position, Vetroconsult engineers are constantly updating their knowledge on modern technologies. Melting, production machines, mould design, all forming processes, light weight container production, job change, inspection equipment and plant control systems are closely followed by Vetroconsult engineers. Thus they are ready to export these technologies to you on specific demand.

Training

Transfer of know-how to plant personnel through on-the-job or classroom training is a substantial part of Vetroconsult services which a customer can benefit from. Such training can be performed in your plant or at Vetropack facilities.

Engineering

Vetroconsult is the engineering centre for the Vetropack Group and as such is engaged in diverse engineering assignments, ranging from initial concepts to final plant design. Customers also value our second opinion on engineering performed by themselves or by third parties.

Recycling

Switzerland ranks high when it comes to recycling used glass. A pioneer in its field, it was Vetropack who, more than twenty years ago, established a comprehensive glass recycling system. Part of Vetroconsult range of services includes consultancy in recycling logistics or engineering concerning various ways to process used glass.
