Vetropack Holding Ltd: share repurchase scheme completed successfully

Bülach, 30 May 2013: On 8 May 2013, the day of the Annual General Assembly, Vetropack Holding Ltd released information about the planned repurchase of up to 3.33 percent of its share capital for the purposes of capital reduction. The repurchase of shares took place between 15 and 29 May 2013 by issuing put options that could be traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange. [more...]

“Glass remains glass” receives another award

Our animated film “Glass remains glass” was honoured with the silver award in the “Education” category at the 2013 World Media Festival in Hamburg.
The World Media Festival has taken place annually since 2000. The competition rewards broadcast and non-broadcast productions not only for their creative and technical excellence, but also for their appeal to target groups.
