Vetropack interested in stake in Ukranian glass manufacturer
Packaging glass manufacturer Vetropack is holding talks about a possible participating interest in Gostomel Glass Factory, Ukraine.
Following joint talks, Bülach-based packaging glass manufacturer Vetropack and Gostomel Glass Factory have agreed to consider a participating interest by Vetropack in Gostomel Glass Factory. Through its subsidiary, Vetropack Austria Holding AG, of Pöchlarn, Vetropack has signed a letter of intent with Gostomel Glass Factory to this effect.
Vetropack's talks with Gostomel Glass Factory are currently still ongoing. Vetropack will inform the public in due course about the results of these talks.
